3D SCANNING & INSPECTION
One of our most high-tech and easy-to-use gadgets ‘CMM Arm’ enable us to capture detailed and accurate 3D image of an object, at high speed. This portable machine has infinite rotation and 7-axis freedom of movement to capture in and around parts. It is equipped with 3D Scanner and Inspection which performs 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, and reverse engineering.

These state-of-the-art facilities are valuable in-house resource for machining accurate dies and tools. We provide full production line X, Y, Z axis machining centers equipped with automatic processing of small and large batch operations.

Die Fitting
This process includes die assembly, polishing and fitting. All the tools are assembled to make the top and bottom half of a die which is then tested, evaluated, and improved.

Checking Jigs & Fixtures
The jigs and fixtures help us ensure the quality and measurements of the dies developed on our CNC machines. It is also used to check the measurements and accuracy of our stamped parts. The accuracy of jigs & fixtures is further monitored by CMM Arm.

Our experts having extensive knowledge of technology and equipment produce and evaluate the dies according to the requirement of our customers. The use of CNC machine construct accurate dies and is further monitored by Faro Arm scanner as part of in-progress quality control.

Welding shop consist of Seam Welding, Projection welding, Co2 welding, Brazing and spot welding with a wide range of capacities.

Our paint facility is equipped with automated conveyor belt transporting batches of products varying in sizes from small to as large as Fuel Tanks. We have both, Liquid and Powder coating.

Faro Arm
Introduction of Faro Arm and Scanner in our tool room has enabled us to ensure the accuracy of dies and welding fixtures. This inspection tool helps us maintain high precision in our products.
For Faro Arm, we use Auto Desk Power Inspect software, enabling us to achieve real time image rendering with exceptional levels of accuracy. And for Scanner, we use Focus software, which can inspect the dies as well as parts

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING
Here our parts are assembled with other materials such as Plastic, Rubber and Casting, transforming it into a complete finished part. It is then packed with friendly and multi time usable packing as we discourage the use of Plastic or non-biodegrade-able plastic.
