What’s more, market and user feedbacks are carefully monitored at all times to ensure that our products perform in accordance to our clients’ expectations. At Metaline, quality is not a slogan but a pledge, it is not inspection but assurance. Our endeavour is reflected in the selection of manufacturing technology using state –of-the art equipment. We continuously provide Human Resource training and improve creative awareness among production line, quality and make improvements wherever superior quality is not being achieved. In January 2001, Metaline has achieved the target of obtaining of ISO-9002 enabling us to attain a rejection rate of almost zero!

Amar Automotive primarily deals in supplying engineering and manufacturing services like:

  • CAD/CAM Designing
  • Precision manufacturing of sheet metal stamping
  • Sheet metal pressing services
The Amar Automotive group, with its 2 manufacturing plants, three engineering centres and a wholly owned trading house catering to domestic market, is rapidly expanding its business with vehicle manufacturers and Tier I suppliers in the Indian automotive industry. Its current OE customers include Hero Honda Ltd, Maruti Udyog Lmt, Tata Ficosa, Munjal Showa Ltd., Munjal Auto and Majestic Auto. The group has a large base of engineers doing design work for global automotive customers. It is using this base to continuously expand into new product and service areas, and aims to be among the top 10 auto component companies in India by 2008 with a turnover of over $5 million, and exports comprising 50 per cent of its turnover.
